Private Vacation Home Rentals Located In Central Florida

What a find! Right from the moment we entered this gated community, our excitement and thrill of finding this place filled us with such anticipation. This unit was absolutely wonderful and immaculate. From the bedrooms, washrooms, jacuzzi, furniture right down to the cutlery and dinnerware and appliances, everything was so clean and so well taken care of that I knew right away, I would return here in a heartbeat! The Welcome Center was a very short walking distance from the unit. The services included a games room, video rentals, exercise room, community pool, lounge, computers, postal service practically everything you can think of! The unit had a jacuzzi instead of a pool. So after enjoying a swim in the community pool and catching some rays, we would walk back to the unit and enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. It was PERFECT! We were able to access the internet on our laptops in the unit. Everything we needed was provided by Julia & Stephen. They were so accessible, helpful and welcoming that it made our vacation such a memorable experience. This unit met our expectations and more. It truly felt like our home away from home. I have already encouraged family members and friends to stay here. So thank you Julia & Stephen for everything. We will definitely return to this place.....what else can I say except that EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

The home was beautiful. It was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed. It was large enough that after a long day at Disney everyone (4 adults and 6 kids ages 5-11) could find a comfortable space to relax. There was plenty for the kids to do - from activities at the clubhouse to PlayStation games at the house. It was super easy getting to and from Disney properties. Restaurants, mini-golf and grocery shopping were all minutes away. I will definitely go back again. Loved everything about it - including the rental agents who were extra helpful.

Had a great week at Vacation Home 105. The week was freezing cold, but the rental was warm and inviting. I'll be recommending you to our friends.

We were a family of 8 and truly enjoyed the rental home. Everything we needed was already at the home. The pool area was fabulous, the home was in great shape with comfortable furniture for seating and sleeping. The resort itself was beautiful, you could go for a nice walk, fish in the pond, enjoy the pool and games room and feel very safe in the gated community. I would highly recommend the home and resort.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at you holiday home. We were so impressed with the place and did not want to leave! The property is beautiful and was superb for relaxing at the end of a long day touring the parks. It was really well equipped and beautifully decorated We absoultely loved the place. We had family from Canada down for a week. All 12 of us stayed in this beautifully appointed home that included everything we needed. Stephen & Julia were fabulous to work with. In fact, upon arriving I realized one of the smoke detectors was chirping, indicating the battery needed replacing. I notified Stephen & Julia and then went out to get some groceries. When we arrived back, a note on the door let us know they'd already been there and taken care of the issue. Fabulous service!! We will definitely stay here again. Beautiful neighborhood, close to all amenities and Disney!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo during our recent Florida vacation. It was neat and clean, tastefully furnished, and in a quiet resort community with a beautiful pool and courteous, pleasant staff. Stephen & Julia were communicative and attentive to details, which made everything flow smoothly. The private patio and spa were a wonderful retreat after long days at the theme parks. Our children didn't want to leave! We would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family, and would love to return again someday.

After celebrating our 25th family trip to WDW, I have to say Terra Verde was a perfect solution for us. A family of six, that has now grown into six adults, can not always afford to stay on a Disney Property. The Terra Verde villa was an extremely pleasant and very reasonably priced solution. It was a secured, gated resort with grounds that were impeccably trimmed and clean. Check-In was a breeze. There is a pool area and Tiki Bar that served sandwich foods as well. It never took us more than 10 mins down 192 to get to the parks and everything else you could need is literally right around the corner. The villa itself was hotel-level clean, well-equipped and was exactly as described. Our rental was handled by JuSt Investment Enterprises Inc. whom we have happily worked with before. Julia and Stephen are friendly, courteous, professional, prompt, and thorough and leave nothing to doubt. Next year, I am simply contacting Julia and Stephen again and requesting they locate us at Terra Verde... end of story. We know we will be assured of worry-free and pleasant vacation accommodations.

We have just returned from a week at this excellent holiday home. The property is spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms which are beautifully furnished and contain plenty of wardrobe/ drawer space. The open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room is tastefully decorated and newly refurbished leading onto a nice terrace with hot tub. The property was spotless with plenty of clean towels and a decent size washer and drier. It is well situated near to the clubhouse and pool. The pool is fairly small, but adequate for our needs. The clubhouse does not have many facilities, but this did not affect our stay. I would certainly recommend this property and would love to go back again.

We stayed here mid October 2010 - having chosen the Terra Verde resort as we had stayed before in 2006. The resort facilities are excellent, from this town house it is a 2 min walk (if that!) on the board walk across the lake to the clubhouse. This house is amazing, clean, well maintained, all exactly as described ... but it doesn't account for the 'WOW' factor as you walk in ... absolutely spotless, with the table laid and flowers in every room. We all enjoyed the hot tub/jacuzzi - very good for relaxation! The owner provided excellent customer service, responded quickly to any requests for information - very good to do business with, thank you. Whilst there the porch light bulb went, a quick phone call to the people who maintain the property on the owners behalf was a trouble free experience, very friendly ... when we returned to the town house that evening the porch light was working again to welcome us back. We would recommend this property to family and friends with no hesitation, it is excellent. This location is great to visit all the parks ... Old Town at Kissimmee is only a short drive away ... a must on a Saturday for the 'Saturday Night Cruise' of old American cars. We also had a great time at Boggy Creek Airboat Tours - very easy to get to ... turn left as you leave the Terra Verde resort and keep going ... as the road dead ends you're there (around 16 miles no more than a 30 minute drive)."

We stayed in April 2010 and I would definately go back to this home! It looked like a new model home when we walked in. Everything needed was provided and brand new flat screen TV/DVD in living room and flat screens in two bedrooms upstairs. I couldn't figure out the DVD and I called the management company and he was there in 10 minutes! Very small enjoyable walk to great walk in pool which my daughter loved. On a quite none busy street - very enjoyable vacation! We even stayed an extra day and was very convenient as the booking company was very accessable and also takes credit cards, no checks or contacting some other owner in another country! Lovely home and a great experiance! We plan to be back. USA - April 2010

"Great stay - everything needed for a family!" "I just finished a 10 day stay at this townhouse and I highly recommend it. The townhouse was spacious and well furnished. Just as advertised, this property is 10 - 15 minutes to Disney, and only a few minutes to shopping and restaurants. This is a great townhouse. The extra touches like wireless internet, Blu-ray DVD, a blender, a playpen, highchair, a washer / dryer, extra bedding and sheets made the stay even better. The furnishings are all nice and I was pleasantly suprised at the extent of the kitchen furnishings the amount of towels and pillows. Being able to enjoy meals at "the townhouse" instead of eating out all the time was a tremendous money and time saver. We spent considerably less money than we would have a traditional hotel. (not to mention the significant rate reduction the townhouse offers over a hotel). The property manager was prompt with returning my calls when needed to answer my questions and very helpful. The clubhouse was very nice, the gate guard and the clubhouse workers were all very friendly. My children really enjoyed the playground, the pool, the arcade room, and the sand area in the townhouse community. We spent one evening at the "Old Towne" carnival type area in Kissimmee, a few miles near the townhouse and this was a great (and cheap) alternative to Disney for 1 day. We spent $25 and our family of 6 had fun for an evening at the carnival. Just a thought for an alternative to Disney 1 day. I highly recommend this townhouse. From the pleasant interactions with the owners, the property manager, the clubhouse staff to the comfortable furnishings, and especially the amount of space and amenities compared to a hotel, this is a great place to stay. I can't imagine ever staying in a Disney area hotel.

Hi Steve and Julie Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your rental at 105 Pompano Beach. The house was wonderful, clean and well supplied with everything. We really liked the pool and all the other amenities in the resort as well. We are planning to come again next year in March and wonder if we could request the same property.

This townhouse is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and the back and pool area faces a conservation area. The rooms are exactly as pictured with high end appliances, a kitchen equipped with everything you would need, and high quality towels and linens. It even has pool tools which I have not seen before in many trips to FL. The place was exceptionally clean and was a true pleasure to stay in. The clubhouse pool was great as was the game room and tikki bar area which was a short walk from the townhouse. If you need 4 bedrooms, this is the place to stay in the Orlando area.

Hi Just touching base as we just returned home after renting your townhouse at Terra Verde from Dec 1 - Dec 13. Your townhouse was everything that was advertised and more. You definitely have added a personal touch to your home that just gives it that home away from home feel. We were so busy at all the parks we didn't get a chance to R+R at the resort very much,however when we did it was such a great place to relax. The staff also were very friendly and helpful with all questions we had. We also purchased a basic stroller to use at the parks that we don't need at home so we left it at the townhouse for other renters to use. I hope this is OK. Exactly what you promised: Affordable luxury !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes we spent a marvellous week at the Terra Verde, the Villa is just perfect, every thing is in a exellent condition, the take-care-crew made definitley a good job before we arrived, it was just picobello!. The welcome-procedure at the Terra Verde could not have been better, at the gate and the office we have been extremely friendly informed about security, gate-pass and all the general information's like swimming-pool, community-SPA, etc. Immediatlely we felled like between friends and so was it the whole week. We also appreciated the perfect Terra Verde's general-maintains, for exemple the meticulouse landscaping, so it was a pleasure for me, my daughter and her husband to go out in the morning for our daily jogging, about 20 minutes for one round. The 24. December on Christmasday, we had a minor plumber-problem, I took a chance and called Stephen and believe it or not, less then one hour later the problem was solved. Thanks Stephen ! While our daughter together with her husband went to the just 20 minutes away Disney-park, we Grand-parents took care of our one year old granddaughter, we loved the walks around the lake and specially the swimming-pool where my wife spend daily a few hours with the little girl. Thank you.

We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed the house. It's well maintained and very clean. All my relatives were very impressed. We had a few people over after church on Sunday and more cake for my Aunt. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and the house had a lot to do with that! So thank you!

From the moment we checked in at the clubhouse to the time we left, we had nothing but praise for the staff and facilities. The property was clean and well decorated. The staff was always accommodating and friendly. The clubhouse was beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised at the amenities offered. The pool area is beautiful and nice to come "home" to after a long day at the parks. I had to contact Stephen a couple of times and both times he was very accommodating and the problem was addressed immediately.
