There are sliding patio doors leading out onto the patio and sceened pool/spa area. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with a large breakfast nook. In addition there is a formal dining area.

The master bedroom is spacious with a Queen size bed, has direct access to the pool, it is equipped with cable TV and has a large en-suite bathroom complete and his & hers vanity unit. The second & third bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds with each having the benefits of cable TV. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and also has cable TV and has an en-suite bathroom.

The third bathroom is situated adjacent the second & third bedrooms.
